The exterior of Pierre's Theatre with a marquee advertising a free concert by Jackson Hole Symphony Orchestra on April 21 at 4; the storefront has a large sign with the theater's name and website.

Your donation to the Jackson Hole Symphony Orchestra is music to our ears.

JHSO performs for free, and all of our musicians are volunteers. We couldn’t exist without your donations.

We fund master classes and music education, rehearsal and venue space, conductor fees, marketing, and design for programs and licensing.

Where words fail, music speaks.

Hans Christian Anderson

Our musicians work tirelessly to prepare for each concert. We couldn’t exist without them, and we wouldn’t be able to perform or rehearse without our sponsors and donors.

We’d like to extend a special thanks to the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole, Wyoming Public Radio, KHOL Radio, and Cathedral Voices Chamber Choir.

Our Mission

The Jackson Hole Symphony Orchestra’s mission is to provide free concerts to our community while creating space for our musicians to expand their musical knowledge and grow in their talent.

Why donate to JHSO?

Music can be understood by everyone all over the world, despite their language differences. It heals the sick, calms the anxious, and spreads love and joy throughout the world. It is with this knowledge that we continue to provide free concerts to our communities.

  • Jackson Hole Symphony Orchestra provides free music to seniors at living centers. We even go to residents’ rooms!

  • During the holidays, JHSO performs at resort and hotel lobbies and commercial businesses.

  • We collaborate with other nonprofits such as Cathedral Voices Chamber Choir to create musical enjoyment for the public.
